Teofilo’s four-year-old son Without A Fight recorded his first Stakes success on Friday, 24 September when landing the Listed Godolphin Stakes at Newmarket. Sent straight to the front in the twelve-furlong contest, he didn’t see another rival to record a two-and-three-quarter length victory.
Without A Fight is out of the Dubawi mare Khor Sheed, who was the winner of a G3 over a mile in Italy.
The Teofilo X Dubawi-mare cross is now responsible for five Stakes winners from only 16 runners.
Teofilo has now sired 99 individual Stakes winners with 21 of these scoring at the highest level. They include Subjectivist, who put up the performance of the meeting at this year’s Royal Ascot when landing the Gold Cup by five lengths.
