Teofiloโs good start to the season continued as his son Sunchart was a comfortable winner of the Listed Devoy Stakes at Naas, Ireland on Sunday, 23 March. Making his seasonal debut, he was winning the race for the second time, having also landed the ten-furlong contest last year.
Held up in rear, Sunchart came wide off the bend as they entered the straight to make his challenge, and quickly put the race to bed, pulling clear of the field to win by two-and-three-quarter lengths.
