Two-year-old Pinatubo colt Nizam maintained his perfect record on Friday, 8 November when running out the decisive winner of the one-mile conditions race at Lyon Parilly.
Settled in fourth during the early stages, Nizam was ridden along once entering the straight and taking the lead at the final furlong marker, swiftly moved clear and won going away by two lengths.
Nizam broke his maiden by three and a half lengths at Saint-Cloud on 10 October and is surely one to watch for next year.
He is owned and bred by Nurlan Bizakov and is the first foal out of the Musidora winner Nausha. He is from the family of G1 winners Listen, Sequoyah, and her Classic-winning son Henrythenavigator.
Pinatubo is sire of 19 individual winners, including G2 Vintage runner-up Wolf Of Badenoch and Weatherbys £300,000 2-Y-O Stakes winner Hallsan.
