Darley has set the fees of its 23 stallions that will stand in Europe for the 2012 breeding season

Darley’s 2012 European roster sired 13 individual winners of 16 G1 races in 2011 and will be led by Dubawi, one of the world’s most talented young stallions who has now sired G1 winners on four continents. Dubawi will stand at fee of £75,000.

New stallion Poet’s Voice (pictured), Sheikh Mohammed's G1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes winner, who has retired to Dalham Hall alongside his sire Dubawi, will stand at a fee of £12,000.

Sam Bullard, Darley’s director of stallions in Europe said, “We have a wonderful line up of stallions and their achievements this year have been outstanding.  Our elite stallions Dubawi, Shamardal and Cape Cross continue to sire G1 winners each and every year.  Exceed And Excel has had an exceptional twelve months siring Excelebration and Margot Did, in addition to his southern hemisphere colt Helmet who has won three G1s this year.  Our young stallion Teofilo has made a particularly pleasing start, with his juvenile son Parish Hall winning the G1 Dewhurst Stakes.”

He continued, “Our 2012 fees will again give breeders with quality mares the confidence and opportunity to continue to produce top-class horses. We look forward to talking to our clients about their plans during the forthcoming breeding stock sales.”
