Australian-bred Live To Tell, a juvenile daughter of Territories, confirmed her debut promise when breaking her maiden in the Listed Supremacy Stakes. Run over 1000m at Ascot in Western Australia, her one-and-a-half length triumph has seen her promoted to even money favourite for the G2 Karrakatta Plate run of April 15.
Bred by BM Howlett, Live To Tell is out of the Sepoy mare Pellicle, a relative of the multiple G1-winning filly Divine Madonna.
Territories is standing at a fee of £10,000 in 2023 and is the sire of multiple G1 winner Rougir, who made €3 million at Arqana, and Derby runner-up Hoo Ya Mal, who sold for £1.2M after his Epsom exploits.
