New Stakes winner for Teofilo
Vin Chaud, a lightly-raced three-year-old son of Teofilo, graduated to a Stakes winner on Saturday 5 September when landing the Listed Prix Millkom at La Teste in France. Unraced as a juvenile, he has quickly developed into a smart performer with wins at Cholet and Maisons-Laffitte in a seven race career.
Bred by Mat. Daguzan-Garros, Rolling Hills Farm and F.A. McNulty, Vin Chaud is a son of the unraced Night Shift mare Mulled Wine, who is herself a half-sister to European Champion three-year-old filly Lily Of The Valley and Dubawi’s G2 UAE Derby winner Mubtaahij.
Teofilo has been enjoying a very successful 2015 with his 19 Stakes performers including the multiple G1 winner Pleascach, star Australian three-year-old Kermadec and the highly-rated G1 performer Arod.
