Thunder Kiss, a first-crop daughter of Night Of Thunder, easily added another Stakes race to her C.V. on Saturday, 16 April when taking the Listed Noblesse Stakes. The winner of the G3 Munster Oaks last season, she dominated today’s field, eventually running out a four-and-a-half length winner over Annerville (Iffraaj).
An admirable filly, Thunder Kiss has now won five times and finished second five times in her 12 career starts.
Owned and bred by Newtown Anner Stud, Thunder Kiss is a daughter of the Stakes-placed Teofilo mare Desert Snow, who is herself a half-sister to Stakes winner Parish Boy (New Approach).
Thunder Kiss is one of 18 Stakes winners from Night Of Thunder’s first crop at a very impressive 20% SW/R. Others include G1 winner Thundering Nights, Classic winner Auyantepui and G2 Dante hero Thunderous.
