Arabian Legend, a three-year-old son of Night Of Thunder, won his first Stakes contest on Sunday, 25 June when taking the Listed Premio Estate over a mile in Milan.
Originally trained in Ireland by Fozzy Stack, he was purchased by current connections for €48,000 in February and has subsequently won three of his five starts.
Bred by Kildaragh Stud, Arabian Legend is out of the four-time winner Arabescatta, a half-sister to Dubawi’s G1 winner Coronet. Arabescatta also has a two-year-old by Masar and a yearling filly by Postponed.
Night Of Thunder has sired 18 Stakes performers in 2023 including G2 winner Global Storm, Group hero Isaac Shelby, who also was a close second in G1 Poule d’Essai des Poulains and Highfield Princess, who was twice placed at G1 level at Royal Ascot this week.
