Making her third career start and first victory, she was second on debut in August before a fourth at Listed level the following month.
Owned and bred by Gestüt Brümmerhof, Waldfrieda is the first Stakes winner bred out of Stakes-winning mare Waldtraut (Oasis Dream), who hails from the impressive family of German Derby hero Waldpark (Dubawi) and Arc hero Waldgeist.
Blue Point has now sired five Stakes winners including impressive G1 hero Rosallion and Big Evs, winner of the G2 Flying Childers and G3 Molecomb Stakes. He leads all other European first-crop sires this season by winners and prize money.
