This comes less than two weeks after Harry Angel’s unbeaten daughter A Lilac Rolla gained her Classic trial victory at Leopardstown in the G3 Priory Belle Stakes.
Owned and bred by Cheveley Park Stud, Esquire is the third Group winner bred out of the Oasis Dream mare Ladyship, who is a daughter of Champion miler Peeress. Amongst Ladyship’s six winners is the progressive Group winner Audience (Iffraaj).
Harry Angel has now sired four Stakes winners already in April including A Lilac Rolla, impressive Listed sprint winner Vicious Harry and progressive Australian three-year-old War Machine.
