Cape Cross x Dulcet
Filly by Classic sire Cape Cross out of a sister to two top-class performers
This lovely filly, pictured at eight days old, is a daughter of Cape Cross, who enjoyed such a stellar season last year with Golden Horn, having previously enjoyed Epsom Classic success with Sea The Stars and Ouija Board.
The filly is out of the Halling mare Dulcet, a full-sister to the G1 Prix Ganay victor Cutlass Bay who also won a brace of G2s, including a defeat of his paternal half-brother Cavalryman in the Prix Greffulhe. Dulcet is also a full-sister to Royal Ascot winner Boscobel, who triumphed in the G2 King Edward VII Stakes. The trio are half-siblings to the Stakes winner Crested (Fantastic Light) who went on be Graded Stakes-placed in America.
