Darley stallion Cadeaux Genereux recorded his second Black type winner inside a week on 29 April, when his four-year-old daughter Morinqua won the Listed Lansdown Fillies' Stakes at Bath.
Sent off at odds of 8-1, the James Given-trained filly made all in the five-furlong contest and once asked to quicken two furlongs from home, eased clear of her rivals to win by two-and-a-half lengths from odds-on favourite Dark Missile with Sweet Afton a further length back in third.
Her victory follows Major Cadeaux's impressive win in the G2 bet365 Mile at Sandown on Saturday, a performance that has earned him a tilt at next month's G1 Lockinge Stakes.
Cadeaux Genereux has also sired two further Stakes horses this year in Bonus and Eisteddfod. He stands at Whitsbury Manor Stud in Hampshire.
