First-season sire Refuse To Bend now has nine winners on the board following Feeling Fab’s four-length victory at Lingfield on Tuesday.
Bred in France by Alain Decrion and Sunland Holdings Ltd, the filly is out of Les Planches (Tropular), a half-sister to Group winners Mousse Glace and Majoune, who is in turn the dam of Singspiel's G3 winner Majounes Song. Feeling Fab was making her third racecourse appearance having been second and third on her two previous outings to date.
Among Refuse To Bend’s band of winners are the Stakes-placed duo Canwinn (pictured) and Favourite Girl. The Mick Channon-trained Canwinn has earned a Timeform rating of 99 for his efforts while Favourite Girl is rated 96. Other recent winners Acquiesced and Courageous have also been given highly favourable ratings, on 86p and 84p respectively.
