Further Black Type success for Tiffany

Daughter of Farhh wins G2 T von Zastrow Stutenpreis

Farhh’s consistent four-year-old daughter Tiffany added another Black Type success to her growing c.v. when easily landing the G2 T von Zastrow Stutenpreis at Baden-Baden, Germany on Saturday, 31 August.

The Sir Mark Prescott-trained filly was settled by Luke Morris to track the leader for most of the 2400m contest.  Turning into the straight she tracked over to the stands’ side rail with the rest of the field where she took up the running and although briefly challenged by the long-time leader and eventual second, Diamond Crown (Cracksman), Tiffany wasn’t to be denied victory as she went on to win by an increasing length and three quarters.

This progressive filly is now the winner of seven races and has proven versatile over distances from 7f to 12f.  She adds this G2 victory to her other three Stakes wins – Listed Grosser Preis der Privarbank ODDO BHF in 2023 and the G3 Hoppings Stakes and Listed Preis der Baden-Badener in 2024.

Tiffany is owned and bred by the Elite Racing Club and is one of five winners out of the winning Sadler’s Wells mare, Affinity, herself a half-sister to Champion Soviet Song.

Farhh has sired four individual Group winners so far this year, including G2 hero, Tribalist and G3 winners Off Trail and Atlast.  His three-year-old Listed-placed daughter, Fairy Glen, lines up in tomorrow’s Prix Joubert at ParisLongchamp.
