Amneris, a four-year-old daughter of Dubawi, gained her first Black Type victory on Saturday, 24 August when landing the Listed Stall Siepenblick at Baden-Baden in Germany. Trained in France by Francis Henry Graffard, she was winning her second career triumph after Listed places on her last two starts.
Bred by M. Wurtenberger & R. Stockli and a €900,000 yearling, Amneris is a daughter of Wiwilia, a Champion juvenile in Switzerland who is from the family of Dubawi’s German Derby hero Waldpark.
Dubawi is now the sire of 22 Stakes winners in 2024, more than any European stallion. They include four that have won at the highest level. His three-year-olds Notable Speech and Ezeliya were the thrilling winner of the 2,000 Guineas and Oaks, Rebel’s Romance has won G1’s in both UAE and Hong Kong, plus Master Of The Seas landed the G1 Maker’s Mark Mile at Keeneland in April.
