Manduro’s impressive four-year-old son Square de Luynes remained unbeaten this year when running out the wide-margin winner of the G3 Stockholm Cup International at Bro Park. He has been in dominant form so far in 2019, winning a brace of G3’s by a combined 13 lengths and he added to that impressive tally with an all the way seven length victory.
Bred in France by Jacques Beres, Square de Luynes is a half-sister to Stakes winner Glowing Cloud and out of the Listed Warwickshire Oaks winner Power Girl (Dashing Blade).
Manduro, brilliant Horse of the Year and Timeform World Champion, is also sire of Vazirabad, France’s top stayer of 2018, top-flight juveniles Mandaean and French Champion Ultra, plus G1-winning fillies Ribbons and Charity Line.
