Dee Ex Bee, a son of first-season sire Farhh, made an impressive winning debut on Saturday 5 August when making all the running at Goodwood. Given a fine ride by Silvestre de Sousa in the seven-furlong contest, he ran on really well to by win by two-and-a-quarter lengths with over four lengths back to the third. He holds a Group entry later in the season in the G2 Champagne Stakes at Doncaster’s St Leger meeting.
A half-sister to three winners including last season’s winning juvenile Chupalla (Helmet), Dee Ex Bee is out of the unraced Seeking The Gold mare Dubai Sunrise, a sister to the great Dubai Millennium. She has had a colt foal this season by Casamento and has been tested in foal to Exceed And Excel.
From only six runners so far, Farhh has now sired three winners. First to hit the board was Fa Ul Sciur in Italy, and he has subsequently been narrowly beaten in a Stakes race, before Wells Farhh Go made an impressive winning debut at York at the end of July.
