The foaling season is now in full swing and Darley Club stallion Fulbright has now welcomed the arrival of his first offspring.
Pictured is his filly out of Garabelle (Galileo), born at Trinity Park Stud on 24 February. Owned by Mrs Heather Raw, Garabelle is a half-sister to Stakes winner and G2-placed Maidaan, and is a great granddaughter of the great Reprocolor.
Earlier in February, Michael Conaghan’s unraced mare Girl Ranger produced a filly by Fulbright at Evergreen Stud. Girl Ranger is herself out of Sea Drift (producer of five individual winners), a half-sister to Dark Angel.
Fulbright won the Woodcote Stakes at Epsom at two, before landing the G2 Challenge Stakes at Newmarket at three. Also winner of numerous major sprint and mile handicaps, Fulbright retired with no fewer than nine victories to his name.
Fulbright stands as a Darley Club stallion at Kildangan Stud at €4,000 Club terms.
