Darley has announced that Anthony O’Donnell has joined the Nomination Sales team based at Darley’s Irish base, Kildangan Stud.

A recent graduate of the Darley Flying Start program, Anthony previously studied at Enniskillen Agricultural College and holds a Higher Diploma in Business Management from the Carlow Institute of Technology. Anthony previously worked at Horse Racing Ireland as a race planning assistant and has also worked for Paul Nicholls in the UK and Tony Martin in Ireland.

Gerry Duffy, General Manager at Kildangan Stud said, “We are delighted that Anthony is joining us here at Kildangan. His time at Horse Racing Ireland allowed him to develop a thorough knowledge of the Irish marketplace, which in addition the experience he gained on the Darley Flying Start, makes him very well equipped for the role. We are continuously striving to heighten the client experience of breeding to a Darley stallion and I know Anthony will contribute greatly in that pursuit”.

O’Donnell said “I am thrilled to be joining the Darley team in Ireland. Darley’s European stallion roster is having tremendous success of late and it will be a privilege to work with such high-class stallions. I’m excited about getting reacquainted with Darley’s Irish clients and look forward to aiding them with their breeding decisions in the coming years”.
