Son of Cape Cross unchallenged in Listed win
He's Your Man easily wins Listed Winter Challenge at Rosehill
French-bred Cape Cross gelding He’s Your Man claimed his second Stakes victory and his first in Australia with victory in the Listed Winter Challenge over 7 1/2f at Rosehill, August 2.
Already a Listed winner over 12f in France where he raced as I’m Your Man, the six-year-old showed a tremendous turn of foot to easily win the first Stakes race of the new Australian racing season.
Bred by Fair Salinia Ltd, He’s Your Man is out of the winning Arazi mare Via Saleria – also dam of G1 filly and Black type producer Perfect Hedge.
He’s Your Man is one of eight Stakes winners this year for his sire, who is also responsible for the ill-fated G1 performer Lesstalk In Paris and G2 winner Guest Of Honour.
