Night Of Thunder sired his first Group winner on Saturday, 27 July when his juvenile daughter Under The Stars remained unbeaten in the G3 Princess Margaret Stakes at Ascot. Held up last early in the six-furlong contest, she made smooth headway inside the final two furlongs to win comfortably by half a length.
She is now unbeaten in two career starts after a debut victory at Ripon at the start of July.
Under The Stars is a daughter of the winning Invincible Spirit mare Jumeirah Palm Star, who is the dam of two winners including Creek Island (Iffraaj).
Night Of Thunder has made a tremendous start to his stud career with Under The Stars one of his 13 individual winners. He has also sired the unbeaten quartet of Thunderous, Thunderspeed, Man Of The Night and Dalanijujo, as well as multiple scorers Keep Busy and Path Of Thunder.
