Golden Horn sired winner number four on Saturday, 14 September when his daughter Golden Lips was successful at Lingfield. The Harry Dunlop-trained filly has been improving with racing and she put her experience to good use, bouncing out of the stalls in front and never seeing a rival, running out the two and a quarter length winner.
Bred by Ballylinch Stud, Golden Lips is the first foal out of Lady Penko, who was a Stakes winner in France and placed at the highest level in the Prix Saint-Alary.
Derby hero Golden Horn has also sired the G3-winning heroine West End Girl, the hugely impressive Cape Palace, who made a spectacular debut at Newcastle and Yarmouth winning filly Festive Star.
