Rich, a juvenile debutant filly by Cracksman, impressed on debut on Tuesday, 31 May when easily winning at Newbury. Trained by Richard Hannon, she was always travelling sweetly in the six furlong contest, eventually running out the two-and-three-quarter length winner.
Bred by Sun Bloodstock, Rich is the second foal of the Stakes-winning mare Mademoiselle Maria and from the extended family of Champion juveniles Rainbow Connection, Rainbows For Life and Tempera.

Cracksman has made a flying start with his first crop of runners. From five to hit the track, four have already won by a combined 22 lengths! In Italy, Aloa and Diamond Angel have made successful debuts in the last ten days, while in Spain, Petra was the facile scorer of a 1100m maiden.
