Frognal, who has earned prize-money on each of his four outings to date, added his name to the list of first-crop winners by Kheleyf with victory over I Am The Best (King's Best) in a six-furlong maiden at Kempton on Wednesday.
Bred by Bryan Ryan, Frognal is a half-brother to Borthwick Girl, by Cape Cross, the duo both being winners for the Turtle Island mare Shannon Dore.
Playfellow (pictured), also by Kheleyf, made his mark as a colt to follow with a first-time-out win at Haydock in July. The Michael Jarvis-trained youngster maintained a clean sheet with a two-and-a-quarter length strike over seven furlongs at Lingfield, also on Wednesday.
Out of Love And Adventure, by Halling, Playfellow was homebred by Darley and runs in the colours of Sheikh Ahmed al Maktoum. He holds some exciting entries in the coming months, including the G2 Champagne Stakes, G1 Middle Park Stakes and G2 Royal Lodge Stakes.
With 24 winners in Europe and another in Japan, Kheleyf is leading first-season sire and leading sire of two-year-olds by a wide margin.
