Dalham Hall Stud residents on show next week

Returning shuttle stallions now available to view

Dalham Hall Stud will open its doors to breeders on Wednesday, 15 and Thursday, 16 January, with the stallions parading at 12 noon and 2pm.

Among them will be Harry Angel, who continues to go from strength to strength and returns from Australia as the leading shuttle sire as well as leading third-season sire.  Here in the northern hemisphere, he had more sprinting Stakes winners (aged 3+) in 2024 than all other stallions bar Havana Grey and his own Champion sire Dark Angel.

Pinatubo had an exciting start with his runners and there are some very promising sorts to look forward to. They include Listed Winner Tipinso, the unbeaten Nizam and Saddadd, along with Black Type horses Wolf Of Badenoch and Cavallo Bay among others.  These, along with a big number of as-yet unraced horses, means that there is plenty to look forward to in 2025 for Pinatubo.

Triple Time was hugely popular in 2024, covering over 150 mares and we are excited to see the first foals by the top miling son of Frankel who has a pedigree on his dam’s side that is equally impressive and continually updating and includes Rosallion and Inisherin.

Also on show will be the rest of the roster including Champions Palace Pier, Too Darn Hot, Cracksman, Perfect Power and exceptional young stallion Modern Games, who has matured impressively during the off season – he is well worth a look.

If you would like to come to Dalham to view the stallions, please contact a member of the Nominations team. If you are unable to attend next week, they will be very happy to arrange a private show.
