A single Breeding Right to Blue Point, last year's record-breaking first-season sire who has gone from strength to strength this year, has sold on the Darley winning bid platform for €430,000.
Blue Point has enjoyed another spectacular season, with Rosallion adding two further top-flight wins to his CV in the Irish 2,000 Guineas and St James's Palace Stakes. Kind Of Blue, also from Blue Point's first crop, became his sire's third G1 winner when landing the British Champions Sprint at Ascot, while unbeaten G2 winner Sky Majesty is one of seven Black Type performers from his second crop.
His 2024 yearlings have been in high demand, selling for up to €850,000.
Blue Point stands at Kildangan Stud and has a full book for 2025.
