Territories juvenile daughter Live To Tell recorded back-to-back Stakes wins when she came from last to first to clinch the 1100m G3 Gimcrack Stakes by half-a-length at Ascot in Western Australia on Saturday, 1 April.
Two weeks ago, the Simon Miller-trained chestnut filly was an impressive one-and-a-half length winner of the Listed Supremacy Stakes at the same track on her second start. She has now won twice from three starts, having finished second, beaten only by a head, on her debut.
Bred in Australia by by BM Howlett, Live To Tell is out of the Sepoy mare Pellicle, a relative of the multiple G1-winning filly Divine Madonna.
Territories is the sire of 20 Black Type performers, they are headed by multiple G1 winner Rougir and Derby runner-up Hoo Ya Mal, they sold for €3 million at Arqana and £1.2m respectively. He is also responsible for G2 Moonee Valley Vase Stakes winner, Berkeley Square.
