Held up in last under George Baker, Amazon Twilight was asked to quicken with two furlongs left to run and taking the lead approaching the final furlong, kept to her task well to win by a length.
Bred by Equine Breeding Ltd, Amazon Twilight is the third winner out of the unraced Marju mare My Way, herself a half-sister to dual G2 winner Strategic Prince, from the family of three-time G1 winner Ramruma.
Librettist, also sire of G2 July Stakes and G2 Richmond Stakes winner Libranno, stands at Haras du Logis in Normandy at a fee of €6,000 October 1st terms.
