1-2 for Kheleyf in Listed Premio Eupili
Juveniles Maremmadiavola and Only For Fun become the latest Stakes juveniles for their sire
Kheleyf recorded a new juvenile Stakes winner on 8 September when his daughter Maremmadiavola led home her paternal half-sister Only For Fun in the Listed Premio Eupili, run over six furlongs in Milan.
This was her third career victory and she took the race in impressive fashion, winning by three lengths.
Bred by Mrs E Thompson, Maremmadiavola is one of six winners out of the winning Night Shift mare Naked Poser.
Kheleyf, Europe’s premier sire of two-year-old winners, is also sire this year of G1 two-year-old colt Big Time, second by just half a length in the Phoenix Stakes last month. He holds an entry in next weekend’s G1 National Stakes.
