Ace Impact, the brilliant first-crop son of Cracksman, remained unbeaten with a devastating win in the G1 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe on Sunday, 1 October. Held up in his customary fashion, he quickened impressively down the outside to win going away by one-and-three-quarter lengths.

Unraced as a juvenile, Ace Impact has now won all of his six starts including a record-breaking victory in the G1 Prix du Jockey Club at Chantilly in June.
Bred by Waltraut Spanner and a €75,000 yearling, Ace Impact is a son of the Anabaa Blue mare Absolutly Me, who was placed at Stakes level in Germany.
Ace Impact is the headline act from Cracksman’s first crop that also includes G2 winner Aloa, G1 performer Weracruz, and Stakes winners Shembala, Dance In The Grass and Cracksmania. His second crop are just starting to excel with four impressive winners since 16th September in City Burglar, Peace Talk, Spirit Of Acklam and Princesa.
