Tribalist, a son of Farhh recorded his seventh Stakes victory on Wednesday 1 May when winning the G2 Prix du Muguet at Saint-Cloud. Sent straight to the lead by Mickael Barzalona, the five-year-old stuck on gamely to remain unbeaten in 2024 after last month’s win in the G3 Prix Edmond Blanc.
Very solid horse! André Fabre's Tribalist is too good as he lands the Group 2 Prix du Muguet at Saint-Cloud for the second time!

Could we see him at @NewburyRacing later this month for the Al Shaqab Lockinge? pic.twitter.com/PtHi6Kbtag
Tribalist was winning the race for a second time after his victory over subsequent G1 winner Facteur Cheval last year and remains in contention for the G1 Lockinge Stakes at Newbury later this month.
Bred by Car Colston Hall Stud, Tribalist is out of the Nathaniel mare Fair Daughter, who is a half-sister to G1 winning juvenile Crowded House.
Farhh’s impressive 16% Stakes performers to runners includes G1 scorers King Of Change and Fonteyn, as well as Derby runner up Dee Ex Bee. His three-year-old son Atlast successfully stepped up to Stakes company last month with victory in the G3 Prix la Force and is a live contender for the French Derby.
